My review is based on my own personal experience with Alli.

Alli is more expensive than I would like to spend on a diet pill, but I have been able to find them on Ebay for a little bit of a savings, About $50 a bottle of 150 capsules.

On the bottle there is a warning of treatment effects which states you can have high flatulence and could also experience uncontrollable  and oily bowel movements if you consume more than 14 grams of fat during a sitting. I have had 30 grams of fat during a sitting and not experienced these effects but would caution anyone from doing that as my wife was not that lucky.

The one thing you may be asking is why would I take these pills if I was not going to follow the instructions, but I have been losing weight on my current diet and my diet allows me to have a cheat day that I take advantage of and I still take the Alli on that cheat meal just to keep me from feeling to guilty.  

I have lost over 50 lbs now since the begining of the year and will credit some of the weight loss to Alli because it deters me from eating anything high fat (except on my cheat day), but what is more effective than the pill has been following the body for life plan that you can do for free just by visiting their website. If you are serious about weight loss I would first visit body for life and change your way of life to make you successful at losing weight in the first place and when you have done that, then I think it is finally worth adding Alli to your diet. Otherwise you are just spending $50 or more on pills that will not benefit you. I mean once you add this to a good diet and some activity in your life and you will be shedding the pounds away.

Please make the first step of eating right and excersizing on a daily basis before spending the money. Then the pill will be a great add in and even help you get off of a weight loss platuea.
