I put $800.00 on a 1987 Nissan 300ZX that I purchased for $3,200.00.(item#4652146254) They listed the sold price as $910.00. I have both certified check receipts. So they are also bilking ebay out of their fees. I took pictures of the body conditionand odometer issues. Here are the issues that caused me to reject the vehicle: 1) Odometer has been rolled back. They stated in your ad that it has 68,408 miles and that they are true and actual miles. In fact, per EBay’s Auto Check Service, the vehicle showed 128,699 on 5/1/1991. On 5/17/1991, the vehicle showed 38,567. A difference of 90,132 miles. Therefore, the actual miles of this vehicle is 158,540. 2) As far as the body condition, your ad states, "The paint still shines. Few small stone chips. Few minor scratches consistent with age. Clean Condition otherwise." The vehicle has collision damage to the driver side front fender, bumper and headlight area. The passenger mirror is broken, passenger bottom flaring is broken in two places, passenger front fender support bracket is broken, there is a 3' long deep scratch behind the driver’s door, numerous rust spot not disclosed, passenger door misaligned and does not close without slamming. 3) Your ad states, “Heat and Air Conditioning are functioning correctly.” The A/C blows only hot air. The fuel gauge does not work. 4) Your ad states under engine and mechanical, “This vehicle was driven on a 15-30 mile road test and is performing with no signs of any engine or transmission issues. In fact, upon a test drive, the vehicle has a serious alignment problem, and pulls hard to the right. Upon road testing on Interstate 79, the vehicle would not accelerate past 65 MPH at 3,000 RPM in 5th gear floored, indicating a serious engine problem. I am getting the same runaround @ my deposit as everyone else. Law enforcement numbers are listed below. I have another one: The FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. I ended up just being out a 7 hour round trip twice plus the gas. I feel like one of the lucky ones. Check dealer rater on google. Also look out for 412jackie and autos-and-sports. They are all the same company. As of 8/31/06 they changed the allproautomall15317 to sleepingdog53!!!E-bay just lets them continue!!!
