This is a warning to anyone considering purchasing any jukeboxes, arcades, pinball, pool tables, or any other item from Allaspectsamusementsllc. On July 18, 2007, I won an Ebay auction for an Atari Road Burners Arcade game from Ebay member testedandposted. Testedandposted had 100% positive feedback on a total of approx. 150 transactions. When processing the order it went through All Aspects Amusements, an Ebay store that sells all types of amusement devices. Though they said on their listing they accept Paypal as another form of payment, they didn't accept Paypal when I called to get the final total. So I sent them a bank draft for $2150 which included shipping. A few days later I sent them antoher $50 for a palleting fee that I failed to notice on the auction listing.
They were very friendly on the phone (a guy named Alan and a guy named Tony) and I was told that "most customers have their games in about two weeks). I didn't get my hopes up for that as I live in Arizona and they are in Jersey. It said clearly in the listing that they would notify me when my item shipped and provide a tracking number. After three weeks when this failed to happen and when my $50 check had yet to be cashed I called them and got no answer but left a message for them asking them to contact me with an estimate of shipping time and questioned why that check hadn't been cashed yet. The next day it cashed; but no contact. After several calls and emails with no response I finally got a reply on Aug. 28th stating that my item would be shipping at the end of the week. That was the last response to several emails and calls. Have received nothing.
At this point I have involved Square Trade and I am about to file criminal charges against them with the police in New Jersey and with a Federal Internet Fraud Agency. Additionally researching mail fraud as I have proof that All Aspects cashed both of my checks which were sent via USPS; though they tried to hide behind Testedandposted (which is no longer an Ebay member).
They probably set up phony fronts and then sting a few people at the end and close down that member ID and just start a new one. The trouble is they all eventually go through All Aspects...
So beware Ebayers and just say no to All Aspects Amusements!!!
UPDATE!!! Dawn Brown with the County of Middlesex Department of Consumer Affairs took my complaint and was successful in finally getting them to ship the game. It arrived with a broken monitor but I know there is no way to prove it didn't occur in shipping. I hate to be in the position to say at least I got something for my money. Fortunately I am a capable game tech and I was able to repair the machine with a couple hours of diagnostic work.
The bottom line: Auction won July 18, 2007--Game Shipped March 24, 2008...make your own conclusions as to whether that is reasonable.
