Flare Leg: Wider than boot cut, slimmer than bell bottoms. Normally fitted through the seat, thigh, knee, and flares at leg opening.
Boot Cut: Has a slight flare leg opening, perfect for chunky shoes. Skims the thigh and is looser on down the leg.
Wide Leg: Has extra wide leg openings. Snug fit through seat and thigh with a looser fit down the legs.
Straight/Narrow: Legs are straight but not too narrow. Snug but not too tight. Normally equal width through the thigh, knee, and leg openings.
Skinny: Slightly tapered leg openings that gather around the ankles. Fits snug through seat and thighs, perfect for a narrow figure.
Slim: Slightly tapered or straight leg. Fits close through seat and thighs.
Relaxed Fit: Losser fit with a slightly tapered or straight leg opening. Fits at waist, relaxed through the seat and thigh area. Complements natural curves nicely.
Loose/Slouchy: Lightly tapered or straight leg opening. Quite loose through the seat and thigh area.
Easy Fit: A modern day play on relaxed fit. These jeans usually feature a lower waist and rise. A nice roomy fit through seat and thighs with plenty of room to move.
Classic/Regular Fit: A traditional fit through seat and thighs, often with straight or slightly tapered leg opening.
Trouser: Worn on the hips, straight leg opening. Loose through thighs with straight legs.
Bell Bottoms: Similar to wide leg jeans with an extra large flare leg opening.
Carpenter/Utility: Normally feature large utility or camp pockets and a signature carpenter's loop. Has a lower waist, relaxed through seat, thigh, and legs.
Cargo Pants: Often feature large belt loops, multiple utility or camp pockets that are normally closed with velcro or snap buttons. Loose Fit Style.
Capri Pants: Three-quarter length pants designed to hid mid-calf.
Cropped: Hemmed shorter than the normal cut, the crop is usually above the ankle.
Gaucho Pants: Wide leg pants that hit mid-calf.
