Stress is a blessing and a burden to all of us. It can cause us to accomplish tasks quickly or can cause us to crumble. Stress can be more easilly managed by replacing some of your negitive reactions. A moment of deep breathing and positive thoughts can turn a bad day around!
Choose the best affirmation for your situation. Take time out of your schedule three times each day to repeat your affirmation at least three times. Any time that you feel stressed or overhwhelmed, take a moment to breathe deeply and repeat the affirmation.
