I bought Acnexus based upon what I read on the internet and the promise of their "Guarantee" (on their homepage) and, after trying it for several weeks, found that my acne actually got worse.  When I tried to contact them about a refund (only being able to contact them via email!), I got a reply from a guy named Seth who was sorry it didn't work for me but he'd be glad to send me another bottle.

When I replied that that wouldn't do anything to help my acne, I got no reply.  So now I'm stuck with a product that makes my face feel good and it smells nice but simply doesn't work for acne.

My recommendation is that, even if you have mild acne like me, don't waste your money on this product.
