Here are a few of his favorite tips to help you to get the lips that you will adore!

  To achieve full lips, RJ suggests that you line your lips with a lip liner one to two shades darker than your natural lip color would be. Also suggested is to add a small dash of light,shimmery gloss in the center of the top and bottomof your lip to create a fuller lip appearance.

  This is the reason why. Lighter lipstick shades often makes lips appear fuller while darker tones will minimize the lip appearance. Brighter warmer colorsalso help you and your lips to look younger.

  Another nice tip to know by RJ to help keep darker lipstick shades from shading or to help increase the lasting effects of lip gloss, is to apply lip liner all over your lips and then apply your lip color. This will help to keep colors blended better if you are using a darker lip liner than your lipstick.

  Also to make a rich color lipstick look even richer, apply your lipstick, blot, then reapply.

  And last thing that can help your lips to look more distinct is to conceal your natural lip line with foundatio before applying your lip liner for a more distinct lip line.
