I turned on Saturday Night Live this past week and (surprise) it was funny! Dane Cook was the host and he was just hilarious - he is a stand up comedian who has been featured on Comedy Central and in various cameos... but I'd never really spent much time watching Dane Cook. I think the SNL hosting performance will be his big break as he got rave reviews and was really excellent.

On December 3rd, 2005, Cook hosted Saturday Night Live, after being turned down as a castmember in 2002. Cook is one of the few comedians (most are actors) to host SNL.
