How to SPOT FAKE Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister and Ruehl Guide

**Hello!  My name is Shining Polaris and I have been selling authentic bags and authentic Abercrombie & Fitch wear for years!  I love Abercrombie and I wear and buy their items all the time!

Lately I have been shopping for my items on Ebay.  Abercrombie and related items are getting harder and harder to find!  Believe it or not, these beautiful pieces of clothing are being replicated in Asia for basically nothing!

Here in this guide is my experience and some advice from others I have talked to.

I recently went to Asia for a trip and they sell TONS of fake Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle Seven, BEBE, and many other brands for NOTHING! (We are talking about $2 for shirts and $7.00 for jeans)

So basically if you only read up to this the first thing - one thing you must know is ---

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASIA!  IF THE SELLER IS SELLING TONS OF THE SAME ABERCROMBIE ITEMS, THOSE ARE FAKE! YOU ARE SPENDING $100s ON AN ITEM THAT COST $10.00 OVER IN ASIA!)

Simple Things to Spot for When buying Abercrombie

1.  First of all if you see the seller selling items from Asia, Hong Kong, Austrailia, or an unusual country like that, take at look at their points

2.  Many times they have less than 100 feedback (because they get suspended quickly after). (If you look at their first 10 feedbacks...they are fake.  Because you need a least 10 to sell.)

3.  Also do they sell tons of the same coat, jacket, shirt, etc?  BE CAREFUL!  This is very important to spot!

4.  Every time these bootleg sellers use the STOCK photos.  It means that they steal the pictures from Abercrombie Fitch website and post it as their own.  This is wrong first of all but this also hides the poor quality of their pictures.  If the seller have the website pictures on, ask them if they can show you some other pictures...if not then don't buy.  You shouldn't buy it anyway

5.  Take a closer look at the pictures if they do provide their own pics.  100% these are poor duplicates.  Abercrombie sell high quality and expensive clothing.  Bootlegs will have simpler designs and "ugly" colors.  Take a good look at the MOOSE logo.  These will look either too big and cheap on the fake clothing

6.  Most of the things that are copied and bootleg are tops and jackets.  Jeans, sweaters, knit stuff is too hard for them to make.  There can be fakes (Jeans can be copied) but again look at the logos and the quality!

7.  SHIPPING SCAM & LOW PRICES! - This should be stopped permently for everyone!  So a Bomber coat cost $8.99 but the shipping cost $69.00?  Yeah just skip this, don't even bother.  This is a scam for sure!

8.  Fake sellers cannot produce a decent label for the back of the shirts, jackets, and sweaters.  Abercromie labels are detailed and sewed tightly onto the clothing.  Fake ones will have a simple paperish cheap tag that is like tagged on...
