I previously used a Motorola H850 but decided to move to an AX2 when I saw a friend using on and loved how light and compact it is.  I haven't looked back. The AX2 Bluetooth is a great handfree headset. 

What is Included

It comes with various accessories
- A neck strap (plugs into the mini USB port) so you do not lose the device
- An AC power charger
- A USB charger - allows you to charge the divice right from your PC/laptop - less cables to travel with
- 2 rubber tipped earpieces

The earpieces swivel 360 degrees.  This gives it the ability to accomodate left and right ears in addition to comfortably fitting all ear sizes.

Compatibility

This device can pair with up to 8 devices at the same time.  It is compatible with any blue tooth device including, cell phones, PCs, Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, PDAs, Blackberry devices, GPS car audio systems.

Easy Of Use

You want to get a solid first charge into the unit to charge the battery.  Once the unit has been charged for the first time (6-8 hours) you can start using the device.  The instructions are very easy to follow.

The rubber tip bends to form a "spring" that helps secure the headset in your ear.  It took me a few hours/tries to get used to the feel of the device, but now I forget it is there. 

After Sales Service Satisfaction

I have sold these units for quite some time now.  Of the hunderds I have sold, I have only had 3 devices fail on arrival.  Whether it was banged up in transit or a possible manufacturer defect.  In all instances, I have replaced the units and the customers were very happy.  So ensure that you have a credible seller who will ensure your satisfaction.
