I'm sure you hear the words "sattelite radio" and think how complicated that must be but it's not! All you do is mount the bracket to the dash of your vehicle using a suction cup thing - no holes in your dash! Then you stick your magnetic antennae to the roof or trunk of your vehicle, route the wire to the inside of your car & plug it into the bottom of your Sirius Radio Receiver. Then you plug in the power cord to the cigarette lighter and that's it! No joke! I installed mine in about 15 minutes. The beauty of it is you don't have to hook up wires to your speakers! All you do is tune in your car radio to FM 88.1 or FM 93.1 and it magically picks up the audio! You can even control the volume of your car radio with the remote for the Sirius radio!
There is also a $50 rebate! You have until Dec. 31, 2005 to qualify for it. Then you have until January 31st, 2006 to get it mailed in. The rebate is at www.sirius.com, the same place where you activate your Sirius Radio. Very important: You have to buy the system from a qualifying retailer and activate it before you can qualify for a rebate.
There are several payment plans to choose from. Yes, you have to pay per month, just like sattelite tv or cable, but it's WAY worth it. I chose the $12.99 monthly option, but the $499 lifetime option was very tempting. With the lifetime option you never have to pay for service again. You can also pay quarterly, or yearly - you decide which plan is best for you.
Then you get over 150 channels....music, sports, news & talk. And you can search by channel number, category, song title or artist name. It has a clock too. They really thought of everything with this one! I'm amazed and I've been advertising it on my "About Me" page....check it out: http://cgi3.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=deanne_330
