I purchased a Motorola Razor cell phone by personal check.  The check was cashed but item was never shipped.  Seller will not respond to my emails.  I have offered every piece of proof of purchase....they email response is just an auto reply

Please, please beware of this Seller....they will take your money....and there is nothing you can about it.  Nothing.
