Not to sure if this will help, but they almost got me. This guy out of chicago, Il had a ranger polaris listed for BINof $2900. He said the reason that he could sell it for that is that he buys them from bankrupt company's. What made me do some research on this is when i saw a 2003 Motor Home worth 100,000.00 and he was selling it for $2900.00 and the reason he gave for selling it was the he moved over seas and could not get it there. To good to be true. He wanted to do everything by Western Union and he said that it was at Ebays warehouse.  Ebay does not have a warehouse in Kansas. And Ebay does not use Ebay agents for Western Union.  Be careful be very careful if you see very nice items in there for $2900.00 make sure if you buy it that it goes through all the ebay channels.  Be safe.
