If you receive a second chance offer after a closing of an auction that the reserve has not been met, it is a scam. The offer will come and they will except your highest bid. They will then explain they have been transferrred overseas, and work for a cargo air freight company. Please, be wary, this is a scam to steal and it is very difficult to trace overseas transfers of funds. I personally recognized the scam up front, but know of several people that have fallen for it and lost substantial amounts of money.
