Everyone LOVES a BARGAIN!  We LOVE eBay because there are many bargains to be found from honest, ethical sellers, but LOOK OUT! 

You can get SCAMMED so fast if you're not careful and set up a CONSISTENT plan every time you purchase something from eBay.

Ever notice the wonderful Wholesale Lots of Jeans or Brand New Designer Shoes or Fashion Designer handbags at prices starting at 99-cents or even a PENNY?  Before you BID, read the SELLER'S TERMS and find out what SHIPPING will cost, where the item is LOCATED and how they expect to be PAID.  Some of these items DON'T EVEN EXIST!  Photos have been used over and over, pasted in from other sites.  Many items for sale may not be the same color or design as described.  Once they have your money, unless you use PayPal and your Credit Card via PayPal, you have little recourse to get your money back.  If you send the item(s) back for a refund, you may never see the items or your refund!  A little HOMEWORK before you start bidding will pay off handsomely and save you HOURS OF GRIEF and FRUSTRATION!

Many times the item price is SUPER LOW to get you hooked and watching.  Once you buy it, the sticker shock begins.  Shipping may run $30 or more, when the seller is actually only paying less than $5.  That is PURE PROFIT for the seller and if you don't pay it, they'll hit you with NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.  Just because you were too lazy to do your homework and read the SELLER'S TERMS and read what SHIPPING COSTS will be is no excuse.

YOU have to look out for YOU!

Know where the item is from.  Is it in the U.S.?  Most foreign countries will POUND you with SHIPPING COSTS and they use Currency Conversions to keep you guessing at your TRUE total cost.  Buy from the U.S. if you live in the U.S.!  Know your seller or at least read their feedback for the past few sales they've made.  If their FEEDBACK is less than 98.5%, be CAUTIOUS and move slowly.  Read the NEGATIVE messages and whether they were resolved.  Very LOW feedback numbers are not a good sign.  A solid seller should have hundreds of POSITIVE Feedbacks.

It is important to ask questions of the seller BEFORE you bid or buy.  Did they give you a timely response?  Was it in good English language or was it broken, foreign, choppy sentences.  Trust your GUT INSTINCTS!  If you smell something funny, it's probably a load of CRAP!

The key to a TRUE fashion bargain is to spend some time and research the SELLER, their FEEDBACK, their other ITEMS FOR SALE and for Jupiter's Sake...Read the TERMS and SHIPPING COSTS before you BID!!!
