BEWARE OF AFTERMARKET WHEELS FROM A CALIFORNIA COMPANY EUROTECH WHEELS!!!!.WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A SET FOR OUR CAR AND HAD THEM INSTALLED AT A LOCAL TIRE SHOP WHEN WE NOTICED THE CHROME HAD A BUBBLE ON ONE WHEEL.WE CONTACTED THEM AND WERE ASKED TO SEND PICTURES OF THE WHEEL WHICH WE DID,AND NEVER HEARD BACK UNTIL I STARTED PHONING DAILY FOR A ANSWER.
WHEN WE CONTACTED EUROTECH AGAIN WE WERE ASKED IF WE HAD INSTALLED THEM-WE REPLIED WE HAD,AND WERE TOLD "ONCE YOU INSTALL THEM YOU OWN THEM".WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE FINISH WARRANTY THAT THEY STATED WAS ONE YEAR WE WERE TOLD "YOU OWN THEM,SORRY"
I SOON AFTER CONTACTED THE OWNER WHO SAID "NO PROBLEM RETURN THE WHEEL FOR REPLACEMENT(I NOW FELT BETTER),BUT WITHIN 45 MINUTES I RECIEVED YET ANOTHER CALL FROM THE LADY WHO TOLD ME "YOU NOW OWN THEM" EARLIER NOW TELLING ME THEY NO LONGER STOCK THIS PARTICULAR WHEEL,AND THE BEST THEY WOULD DO WAS CREDIT MY CREDITCARD FOR 50.00.I HAD JUST PAID NEARLY 800.00 FOR THE SET OF 4 .I FELT TOTALLY DEFEATED AND TOOK THE OFFER.
THE VERY NEXT DAY THE SAME WHEELS WERE ONCE AGAIN ON EBAY(GO FIGURE).I EMAILED THEM UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD LOTS AVAILABLE.I EMAILED THEM BACK ASKING ABOUT BEING NOT TOLD THE TRUTH AND RECEIVED SEVERAL NASTY EMAILS CALLING ME A LIAR ETC. WE HAD INFACT SENT PICTURES TO VERIFY OUR CLAIM.
I OPERATE A BUSINESS EMPLOYING 17 PEOPLE AND IF ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES TREATED OUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS THEY WOULD IMMEDIATELY BE DISMISSED.WE HAVE BUILT OUR BUSINESS KNOWING THE CUSTOMER IS WHY WER'E STILL HERE AND ALL HAVE JOBS,AND LET US NEVER FORGET IT.
THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT HURTS ALL ONLINE BUSINESSES AND SELLERS GOOD OR BAD.
