im writing this guide in order to help innocent buyers avoid scammers like the losers at accuniverse.

i ordered a NEW IN BOX HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED satin pink razr phone from them and when i received it the phone was two different colors!!!

yes the top was magenta and the botton satin pink, it was PATCHWORK. two different cell phone pieces had been put together to make this one.

the phone was scratched, there was no way it was new! the box was torn open and the phone was from the UK! this was never stated in the auction!! 

they sent a huge adapter that didnt even work because the phone was DEAD ON ARRIVAL.

the 150 dollars free gifts dont even fit the cellphone!!! these are old used and broken too!!

i emailed numerous times and the response time took over a week!!! they told me i had to pay a 15 percent restocking fee!!!!! and were incredibly rude on top of it! i lost money and time because i also had to pay to ship it back.

i left them the neg. feedback they so much deserved and they had the nerve to leave me retaliation feedback!! my first in order for me to mutually withdraw their feedback!!! these guys have alot of nerve and they are pathetic morons in the same because i followed up with a hell no i will not withdraw. anyway avoid losers and avoid this experience.

ACCUNIVERSE YOU SUCK. youre running a chop shop for used broken cellphones and you know it pathetic losers!! have a nice day. =] =] =]

these guys have over 1500 negative feedbacks in less than a year!!! check out some of the hundreds!!
