I was worried buying a item coming for Singapore. obd II elmscan It took a little longer to arrive. It is encased in a black plastic box with only the connectors and LEDs exposed. The necessary cables were included ( car to elm and elm to serial port on computer). No software is included. I hooked it up to an old laptop and used the free OBD II windows program from scan tool.net (http://www.scantool.net/download/scantool_net113win.exe). There is no install for this program. You simply extract the files to a folder and run it. Within a minute I had the check engine light reset. I am very happy with this tool. I have since tried it with the unlicensed version of PCMSCAN. It worked on the free enabled features. I did have to change from t-16 to elm in the auto connect section of PROSCAN. Again a little extra time was well worth the wait. I am very happy with seller cardiagtools.
