A word of caution before using Aromatherapy Oils
- The oils may be used externally, but should not be ingested
- Pregnant women and those with allergic reactions should avoid the use of essential oils and aromatherapy oils.
- Never use more than the prescribed amounts of the oils.
- Keep out of reach of small children and custodial adults
- Anyone with concerns about whether they should use these oils should consult their doctor before proceeding
- When used properly aromatherapy can yield great benefits and can be used in a variety of ways.
- Just remember: A little goes a long way.
- Use with care.
- Store properly
- Never use essential oils full strength or directly on the skin.
- Be sure to measure and/or count the drops carefully.
