ENJOY ABOUT THE ELPEC COMPANY

C E Pascal & P Lloyd

The ELPEC Company was registered in 1919 by C E Pascal & P Lloyd. It was initially a brassfounders and then specialised in reproduction copper and brassware initially based on Belgian designs. 

The 'ELPEC' trade name was formed from the initials of the two founders and was used mainly on items where the design had been protected by registration. 

Lloyd Pascal & Co, was 1st located at 303, Bloomsbury Street, Nechells.

They moved to their next location at 71-74 Ford Street, Hockley, (Jewellery Quarter) Birmingham 18 in 1933 just prior to WW2, and then towards wars end in 1943 they made their final move to 71-74 Ford Street, Hockley, (Jewellery Quarter) Birmingham 18, then Cherry Wood Road.
