A Restaurant Owners Guide To Creating An Inviting Table
Jimmy Bitton
The greatest impression you can leave on your customer can be achieved not necessarily from the food you serve them but by the entirety of their experience in your restaurant. The best way to offer an exclusive and unique restaurant experience that your customers will not only never forget, but will likely share with their friends, is to go that extra mile for them in every respect. Not only is customer service and the quality of your menu important, you must also remember that for the majority of the time that they are in your restaurant they will be sitting at one of your tables. What will they be doing there while they wait for their food? What thoughts will go through their mind while the glance around your restaurant. Well, hopefully they are thinking about when they will have an opportunity to come back. I can help: You must offer your customers more than the restaurant across the street will. You must appear to be bending over backwards in order to give them the most best experience possible. The solution: the little things matter. Here are a few inexpensive ways to give them many "little things":
1. Always use napkin rings: To seem cutting edge and elegant, use thematic rings. Make it classy or fun.

2. Always make things fun: Attach cute butterflies on your customer's glasses. Your customers will certainly talk about this with their friends .

3. Be thematic: If you own a seafood restaurant, you should include seashells into your decor. Another example of thematic is to be seasonal. During New Years, pour champaign into elegant Happy New Year flutes.

In all that you do to grow your business, you must always remember that the personal touch will have lasting effects on your customers. Make them feel important. Show them that you have put allot of thought into the decor that you use in your restaurant. Your customers will have a memorable experience and the chances that they will return give you more business will increase.
Good Luck,
Jimmy
