WHEN SOME ONE WROTE TO ME ,asking about help in  feeling dizziness during spell casting and tired of nature ,  ....  I thought to share  the guide with you all to  see if this can explain the magick as it awakens with in us .  This is  one of them  .. .  I I have  a question I thought I would ask .   I have done a protection spell and health spell .   Every time  I get dizzy ,  light headed and tired right after .    Is this a normal  thing ?

Actually your question makes more sense than you think it does .    When you cast a  spell asking the elements to encharge the intent of that spell .   You are  in fact pulling a circle around you like a cone effect.  It will branch out to include in your circle , whom ever it is cast for ... .be it your home , family friends or what ever.   

We ask for this high charge of energies to join with us and the mother smiles down to enchant and give the spell her energies.   We being the novices of witch craft forget the mother's energies are very highly focused into us.... and forget to place our palms  flat down to the grond to release the excess energy she flushs through us to enchant our spells.
When we ask the watch towers  , to gaurd and thank thier welcome to our circle we ,  then uncast the circle and give to mother earth  , the  excess energy or the remains of the  spell so she can recyle this energy for when we need it again .

Its an easy thing to do , by holding your hands , palm up to thank the mother , for her help and guidance . Then turn your hands palm down an inch from the top of your head and wash her enery over you by pulling your hands over your body ,  starting at the crown of your head  all the way  down  over your shoulders till  your hands are  forced to face the ground.   then pushing your palms hard to release the  excess enerty to mother earth to recyle for when you need it agian .

This will stop the hot blow of her inside of you in the over whelming dizziness her warmth can cause when spell casting .

She stans with us , and will always be there , her smile  and the elements may at times  over take us less we close the circle after our casting with the thanks and knowledge she will be with us again .
