Ok, this is probably a subject that most guys would probably prefer not to think about, talk about, or even admit that they have a problem with. Did you know that most new recruits in the military are given grooming kits with nose hair trimmers included? The truth is that most men really don't need nose hair trimmers until they are in their early thirties. Nose hair actually grows at the same rate as the hair on your head (if you have any!) and serves lots of useful purposes. It is great at keeping germs and foreign matter from entering your breathing passage and ultimately ending up in your lungs.

The problem with nose hair is that when it finds its way out of your nostrils and is still attached to the inside of your nose that it is one of the more unsightly things that any other human has to deal with when talking with you face to face. We all have the tendency of staring at it as though it has a life of its own. It is sort of like that mole on someone's face that has hair growing out of it. You kind of expect it to do tricks or something and you can't help looking at it.

What is really surprising to me and I would say most people is that guys with protruding nose hairs never seem to be able to see them even when they use a mirror in the morning to shave or brush their teeth. They go out in public with several strands of hair dangling from their nostrils and don't seem to pickup on the stares and odd looks that I am sure that they get from co-workers, friends and dates. Come on guys...pay attention! Do everyone a favor and trim those nasty nose hairs.

In the old days most guys used tweezers to literally yank nose hair out of their nostrils...ouch!
Along came safety scissors and rotary scissors such as the Klipette nose hair trimmer. There are plenty of battery operated trimmers out there that do a so-so job. Most of these type of trimmers have one common problem...when the batteries start to fail they have a tendency to pull the nose hair instead of cutting it and that can be very painful. They also have very limited warranties, the blades dull quickly and they are noisy and big.

Along comes good old American ingenuity to the rescue. There is a nose hair trimmer on the market that gets rave reviews, has lots of loyal fans, and is slowly taking the nose hair trimming world by storm. This product is known as the Platinum XL Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer and it is manufactured in the USA by Groom Mate (a division of PHR Systems, Ltd.).

The company has sold over 4 million of these trimmers worldwide and supplies them to lots of well known companies that then put their name on them.
This trimmer is made of 100% stainless steel, has an unconditional lifetime warranty, is very easy to use, simple to clean, and best of all it does not require batteries. The very accurate rotary cutting blades never come in contact with sensitive skin in your nose and best of all they never pull your hair...guaranteed! The Platinum XL has consistently been the best selling nose hair trimmer on Amazon.com for the past year and gets great reviews from folks who are just plain fed up with those cheaply made battery operated models.

Ok, guys...you no longer have an excuse for going out in public looking like a caveman. Get yourself a Platinum XL and make the rest of us men proud of you! You won't regret it.
