ALWAYS CHECK FEEDBACK , IT IS IMPORTANT ON EVEN THE BIGGEST OF SELLERS ON E-BAY !

The heart of the eBay marketplace is its reputation system called "feedback." Each buyer and seller rates the other party after a transaction -- positive, neutral, or negative. Each eBay member's feedback is publicly and permanently posted.

You can tell who doesn't treat others honestly and fairly by reviewing their feedback. Consequently, eBay has a low fraud rate, and your chances of incurring a loss might be lower than in your local community. Always check through the sellers feedback BEFORE YOU BID ! If a seller has several negative feedback for non-receipt of items you would want to avoid but if a seller has several negatives all for slow shipping or for a history of not paying for their items they won but still they have a perfect feedback of shipping items to their buyers, this might be someone you are willing to take a chance with. Good deals can be found this way while others pass on to the next seller.

Of coarse, POWERSELLERS are a safe bet in most cases but some play e-Bays feedback system knowing that they can still receive an "X" amount of negatives before they are excluded from the POWERSELLER program. Really important to check as I've ran across several sellers whom may be a PS'er and have a 98% or better rating BUT they also sell so much and have such a high feedback that the also have 400-500+ negatives for non receipt of items. Maybe it is on purpose or maybe they are "TOO BIG" or trying to do "TOO MUCH" each month in sales and losing track of orders AND YOUR MONEY ! Best bet is to ALWAYS CHECK FEEDBACK , IT IS IMPORTANT ON EVEN THE BIGGEST OF SELLERS ON E-BAY !
