The Honkers are a very colorful family of monsters who don't speak but only honk with their bulbous noses.

Baby Bear is a brown bear, whose family (Papa Bear, Mama Bear and Curly Bear, his sister, who to his dismay doesn't like porridge) resemble the bears of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Baby Bear, born on May 12th, is best friends with Telly and loves to paint and draw. Hero Guy is a drawing of a superhero that he created, who leaps off the page and soars ito his imagination. He can usually be found playing with Telly or eating porridge.

Rosita la Monstrua de las Cuevas (The monster of the caves), born on December 7, is an exuberant, playful girl muppet. Rosita is a blue fruit bat monster with powerful wings. She is a bilingual muppet who 'emigrated' in 1993 from the Mexican version of the show. She loves to share her knowledge of the Spanish language and play her guitar.

Zoe is a 3 year old orange monster, who sometimes gets so excited she can't get her words out fast enough. She is best friends with Elmo and can usually be seen riding in her Zoemobile, a soapbox-style car. She has a pet rock named Rocco. She was born on September 30 and loves to dance in her pink tutu. She aspires to be a ballerina one day and has a doll named Mimi.

Googel, Narf, Mel and Phoebe hung out in the Monster's Club in the first two seasons.

Alice is Snuffy's little 2 year old sister. Born on December 21, she is much smaller in size, lighter brown in color than Snuffy and wears a blue bow on her head.

Abby Caddaby, a fairy-in-training who attends Storybook Community School with Baby Bear, is new to Sesame Street. Born on October 21, she is 3 years old. She is learning magic, but is not quite proficient and has the tendency to turn things into pumpkins. Her magic word is "allerednic", which is cinderella backwards. She speaks a language called Dragonfly.

Betty Lou is a pigtailed human girl muppet from Sesame Street. She is similar in resemblance to Prairie Dawn in that they both have blonde hair and pink skin. Her birthday is October 24th.

Prairie Dawn is a spunky, mature girl Muppet with long blonde hair and a sweet deposition. She was born on August 3rd. She often attempts to help Cookie Monster refrain from eating the letters, but never succeeds and always leaves frazzled. Her organized and meticulous personality usually leaves her frustrated when mayhem ensues.

Natasha is baby and her parents are Humprey and Ingrid, a married couple who are proprietors of the hotel known as the Furry Arms, which is located near the Sesame Street Subway station. The hotel's bellhop, Benny Rabbit, tends to be easily irritated, but begrudgingly helps out. His birthday is April 1st.

The Amazing Mumford can always be found with his signature bright pink cape and magic wand. He tries his hardest to amaze with his magic, but his trick always ends up backfiring. His catch phrase is "a-la-peanut-butter-sandwiches" and birthday is June 7th.

Barkley is Linda's large pet dog. He was born on September 3rd.

Kermit the Frog hosted the segment Sesame Street News Flash. In other segments, Kermit would play straight man to the wacky antics of other Muppets. His birthday is leap day, February 29th.

Popular incidental characters include television personality Guy Smiley, construction worker Sully and Biff, and the Big Bad Wolf, who is not a terror to street.
