Over the years, Mattel has used a variety of head molds to create their various lines of Barbie dolls plus Barbie’s friends and family. One head mold that is tremendously popular with collectors is the "Steffie" head mold.

Hawaiian Barbie from the 1970’s was available in several different versions:
The Steffie Head Mold was often used on Barbie’s glamorous Cousin, PJ. Here we have 2 different PJ dolls from the 1980’s, Sweet Roses PJ and Dream Date PJ:

Barbie’s Friend Tracy Bride was also made using the Steffie Head Mold.

Additionally, Mattel released a line of tiny fashion dolls in 1982 known as "Dazzle". These dolls were only 4.5" high. Dazzle’s head mold resembles the Superstar Barbie Head Mold from 1976. However, 5 of Dazzle’s friends use head molds that resemble a miniature version of the Steffie head mold. They are:
