As an avid collector of all things REAL and RALPH LAUREN, I have purchased many things for the actual store over the years. I hate seeing people being ripped off by sellers on ebay. I hope this guide can help Ralph Lauren lovers like me save money and not be scammed.

   Tips:
Collar Tag: ( I have not seen a pink pony or rugby so may be different)
          The tag is always a dark navy blue
          Main collar tag is in all CAPS with white lettering
          Tags are always well stiched on left and right side w/ sizing tag on the right.
          In general all tags look well stiched, never sloppy


Hang Tags: Never smuged printing and never looks photocopied
       The blue side of the hang tags should never look the ink was fadding or any discoloration at all
       All polos should at least come with 1 blue tag stating Ralph Lauren on it with the white font and all in                 caps.

Inside Tag:
          Same dark navy blue color as the collar tag
          It's always well stiched and a real one looks as if it has been put on while being manufactured because             of the double loop stich (same color as other threads used in the same shirt)
          Alot of the new polos have been incorporating additional buttons onto this inside tag.
          Same goes for the inspector stickers, alot of the new tags may have inspection stickers.



Pony Logo:
          The logo will never have loose threads coming off of it (unless worn maybe)
          The pony man always faces in towards the shirt
          On a polo shirt it lines up with the second to the bottom stich of the button section (2 button polos)
