A Guide To Making Party Dips!
Dill Dip
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons dill weed
3 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Beau Monde seasoning
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Chill for atleast 2 hours.
Serve with rye or pumpernickel bread, crackers, or veggies.
Spinach Dip
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped green onions
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Chill for atleast 2 hours. Serve with rye or pumpernickel bread, crackers, or veggies.
OR
Microwave until hot, stirring after each minute. Serve with tortilla chips, or sauteed veggies.
Chili Dip
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can chili
3/4 cup chopped green onion
1 large green pepper, chopped
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Microwave until hot, stirring after each minute. Serve with tortilla chips.
Hot Onion Dip
2 cups chopped Vidalia onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix ingredients until well blended and transfer to a small casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes or until onions are tender and top is golden.
Serve with bread sticks, crackers, or rye or pumpernickle bread.
