Let me take a moment and picture where you are today.

You've got 15 orders that have just been paid.  10 of these orders need special packaging.  Two of the orders need to ship express right now.  You just received a couple dozen other items to sell.  In addition, you've got 35 emails in your inbox, and it's only 9am.  Oh, and then there's the phone bill...gott pay that now.  Need an extra hand to help you run your online business?  I've got just the source for you....free.

First, let me tell you.  You're not the only one that can fiqure out your business.  You can't do everything.  Quit thinking like that.  You'll never grow.  There's 700,000 + others selling on eBay.  You've got some pretty good competition...I can almost guarantee it.

Second, there's some people out there...I'll tell you where in a second....that are a lot better at the main stay of your ONLINE business.  You see, I'm 37 years old.  The first time I really started to use the Internet was back in 1995.  I was 26 years old.  Never in grade school, high school, and rarely in college did I ever use a computer.  If I did, it was one of those really boring programming classes.  Today, kids are growing up using the Internet.  It's like second nature to them.  They're always online.  Always in touch using the Internet.

A couple years ago I had a young college student start working with me.  My online business was just starting to really take off and I needed help managing the online inventory, printing orders, shipping online, etc.  I thought perhaps in a month or so, you know, once he got the basics down, I could teach him a thing or two about the Internet.  WRONG.  He totally blew me away with how second nature the Internet was to him. And so was the second college student, and the third.

If you're looking for help an excellent source for recruiting is your local technical or college school.

Kids,...um...young adults...today have grown up online.  The Internet is second nature to them.  I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
