1.  Bags should be made of materials that are completely machine washable.  Preferably all cotton, fully lined for durability.

2.  The bottom should be reinforced with a material that doesn't cause "rubbing" which will wear through the fabric quickly.  Any reinforcement should be washable, and stitched in place to avoid rubbing.

3.  The handles on the bag should be thick. When a bingo bag is packed with daubers and other items, they get heavy and the handles shouldn't 'cut' into the hand when carried by the straps.

4.  The stitching must be of a reinforced nature due again, to the weight the bag is expected to carry.  The pockets, casings, base should all be lock stitched at all stress points so that no matter how heavy the bag becomes, it will hold up. 

THINGS TO LOOK FOR IN AN AUCTION

PHOTOS: Once you find a bag listed that you like, check out all the photos provided and take note of the details.  Does the thread match the fabric?  Do the handles look thick and sturdy?  Does it have quality finishing on the edges of the pockets where the daubers go in and out and will wear quickly if not reinforced? Does the inside of the bag look as finished as the outside?

FEEDBACK: Check the sellers feedback for customer satisfaction and speed of shipping.  You can check the speed of the shipping most times by looking at the seller's feedback as to when a buyer has left feedback.  Many sellers do not state in their auctions when they will be shipping.  Some sellers don't have the items that are listed already made and ready to ship, delaying getting the item.  Sellers should be specific in the auction text as to what a potential bidder can expect should they buy one of their items.  If not specified in the auction, ask first!

EXTRAS: In addition to finding a quality bag, does the seller offer extra services that are included in the purchase?  Such as machine embroidered personalization?  While not important for many, it makes a special touch if the bag is for a gift.  If personalization if offered, are their photos showing samples of such work so that you can see the option being offered?
