I won an auction for a vehicle from 7522johnm on July 26. He immediately started harassing me about payment. I attempted to pay via  paypal but he insisted on cash only. I do not  pay for  anything on ebay with cash unless I am present to inspect the item in person. This is why there is paypal. Paypal protects both the buyer and seller. Their fees suck but Its worth it for the protection they provide. Never Ever pay cash for ANYTHING on ebay unless you are present. The scammers live for cash payments. Beware of 7522johnm. He is a junk dealer pretending to be a car lot!!
