CFMUSIC had some land in Kentucky for sale,not an auction but a cash sale.The pictures looked great.The ad sounded great.The seller was leaving for Maine and needed a quick sale.After we talked a coupla times I sent him a cashiers check for $5k.and he sent me a quit claim deed.Pretty smart huh?He wanted $8k but we agreed on $5k.What a deal.Money in the bank,right?My Mother died and left me a little bit of money and this sounded like a good way to keep it.Well now I want to build a garage here in Florida and can sell the property.WELL, I talked to a realtor in Kentucky who is familiar w/the property and turns out there is a 10' right of way on the property to the adjoining property and no-one wants to deal with someone driving through their front yard.I trusted this man,so I have a $5,000 piece of junk paper.And since I have a quit claim deed I have no recourse..Thank You charles Fredericks..
