You will either receive nothing, or an email back from the hacked seller stating that their account has been taken over and the listing is a fraud.

Another ploy, is saying that the FIRST person to send the money, gets the item. These scammers will take your money, and anyone else's money, then disappear! Honest eBayers send them payments on a daily basis, and because the scam is so successful, listings appear daily.
