1) Use good key words for your title - do not try and make a complete sentence that is grammatically correct and do not make it so short no one bothers to look

2) Take multiple pics as close as you can get them and still be clear

3) Be honest but do not make big deals out of minor imperfections

4) Respond to messages and emails promptly

5) Be available at the last minute to answer questions
