5 Ways to Get Your Family Active In the Winter
Hi there,
Here are 5 easy ways to get your family active during winter.
- Go Sledding: Even the smallest hill can be fun to sled down, and the workout you get from constantly climbing to the top of the hill will not only build your cardio, but also the muscles in your lower body.
- Go Snow shoeing: Show Shoes are cheap and Snow Shoeing is one of the best workouts you can do in any season.
- Workout at least 3 Times a Week in your Home Gym: What? You don’t have one yet, go build one, it’s cheap and effective. I have other guides that help you build your perfect home gym within your price range.
- Have a Snow Ball Fight: A snowball fight can burn up to 750 calories. A fun way to get active in the winter.
- Build a Snow Fort: Rolling, Packing, and Lifting Heavy snow can build muscle endurance and burn calories. The bigger the snow fort the more calories burned. And then you can use your snow fort to make the snow ball fight more intense.
