Sellers who charge $3--$4 -- $5 (I've seen even higher) handling charge for mailing an item which weighs 1 ounce should be ashamed of themselves.  It is price gouging, in my opinion and should be reported to eBay as "overcharging exorbitate shipping fees".   The only way to stop this practice is for buyers to complain so get in there and complain about high handling fees!!
