I have always enjoyed a good movie with a CREEPY CHARACTER~ you know the ones who STEAL the show and make your skin "CRAWL."

here are 5 of  that make me "cringe" they are so GOOD ~

5. Fargo~ Peter Stromare as one of the Two ... Psycho's hired to kidnap for money plot~ and ends up killing~ his violent outbursts come out of no where ~ you hate him from his first scene~ R rated for Violence and compulsive swearing~

4. Breach~ Chris Cooper as the super spy Hanson who sold out everyone including his family~ working for the FBI he was able to elude everyone for over 20 years~ what makes this guy "creepy?"  he is addicted to porn and secretly ~films his wife and shares the videos~ YUK~ Cooper is outstanding as the religious NUT who goes to church everyday and sells US secrets to the higest bidder usually Russia at height of the cold war~

3. Silence of the Lambs~ Hannibal Lecter of course~ excellent Anthony Hopkins~ first was the BEST but he is also good in the follow ups~ the serial killer who will not invite to dinner~ "Good Evening Cherisse~" .....

2. When the Bough Breaks 2...DAVID KEITH as the charming guy right under their nose~this lesser known and hard to find movie is ONE of my top favorite creepy~ guys~ he kidnaps and poses girls in death like the dolls he likes to collect~ he is great as he starts as a guy we like and ends up ....making you SCARED of him~ you should be~ ~!

1. Psycho~ Mama's Boy Norman Bates~ Anthony Perkins~ still makes your skin crawl all these years later~ the BEST and first of the slasher movies~ great acting . the BATES motel you check in and never check out~ well not alive that is~

how can I place David Keith over Hannibal?~ the slow emergence from Charm to SCRARY by Keith is one of the best I have seen on film~ too bad this was a tv move and he never got the credit or visibility he deserved~ Norman is #1 because even in black and white, even after 40 plus years ....he still Scares ME~ :-)
