4 Man Soccer for an Incredible Cardio Workout

Soccer is an incredibly demanding sport, but you need a ton of people to properly play it, not to mention and entire soccer field.  The following version of soccer simulates a real soccer game but is more fast paced and more fun for most people.  And you only need 3 soccer balls to play.

The set-up is simple; two teams of two players (can be played by up to 10 people) play a normal soccer game on a smaller playing field with the extra soccer balls as goals.  The object of the game is to knock the opposing teams soccer ball off the goal line by striking it with the soccer ball in play.

You use the soccer the ball in play to knock the stationery soccer ball for the opposing team off the goal line.  The ball must leave the goal line completely to count as a goal.  This is one of the toughest games I’ve ever player, it’s fast paced and intense.  Play with original rules but add a 5-second throw in rule every time the ball leaves the playing field to increase the speed and intensity.

Play for one-hour but make sure you have plenty of water around, you’re going to need it.
