I bid on a pontoon boat in August and after the bidding (which I lost) I must have received at least 7 (seven) 2nd chance offers.  I had been in touch with the sellers (via e-mail and phone) and they had, thank goodness, told me about the 2nd chance offers.  After contacting e-bay, I forwarded them all my spoof e-mails.  These guys need to be CAUGHT and STOPPED!   By the way, I did eventually get the pontoon (as the winner of the bid never showed up) but through the sellers.  If you are looking for a pontoon or other items, be sure to look up the items that "2riverratz" sells.  They are great people to work with.
