Thanks for taking to time to look at this , This has become very bad in the last few months , i have been selling on ebay for awhile now and i sell very big ticket itmes such as cars and boats , I have had many people contact me after the auction has ended asking if the 2nd chance offer was for real , mostly because the price in the offer was so low almost to good to be true because it was !! Since then i have started to ad a warning in my listing telling potential buyers not to accept any 2nd chance offer unless they contact me directly by phone , i have noticed that by adding this to my listing the scammers have not been sending the offers out to my bidders anymore , This seems to be working for me , help protect your bidders by simply adding a warning at the bottom of your listing , there are many safe ways they can contact you to assure the offer is real , until we can stop this kind of fraud this is one solution that is working , Good Luck , happy ebaying !!
