They claim that the winning bidder did not pay, and are offering you the chance to buy the item. PLEASE know that any legitimate Second Chance Offer will come through your My Messages in your eBay account. Always check eBay before responding to a Second Chance Offer. It wouldn't be a bad idea to ask the sender of the Second Chance Offer for a telephone number (BUT only if you can reach them through an eBay email address, NEVER an outside email address). If you get a big run around on the telephone about needing you to sign back into ebay, or needing your email address, hang up and report the email to eBay. ANYTIME you receive a second chance offer that comes from a private email address (outside of eBay Messeges) forward that email to spoof @ ebay.com
