I won an auction for a GPS receiver.  After a 2 week delay several emails and phone call Fortuna admitted they mysteriously couldn't located the unit.  First they said it had shipped but had no tracking no.  Then they said it was lost.  They finally a refund which didn't happen until I filed a complaint with PayPal.  I would never consider buying from them again.
