I bought my Suzuki M109R in September and promptly put 1000 miles on it before winter weather forced it into hibernation.
This is an amazing bike, though not for the faint-of-heart or beginning rider. After riding an 800 cruiser for the past 3+ years, I thought I was ready for this machine. The first ride was a scary experience.....but one that left a huge smile on my face. What an amazing amount of power out of a v-twin cruiser. There is no other v-twin cruiser that can come close to what this bike will do, in power, speed, handling, etc.
On top of all that, this bike sports a very unique 'custom' look that will draw the crowds away from all of the Harley and Harley look-alikes at your favorite hangout. People will be mulling around the 109 while ignoring the $25k custom nearby. And if the Harley guy on the highway next to you snubs you, just pull the throttle. All he will see is your dust and HUGE back tire (stock, this bike sports a 240 back tire).
However, if he gives you the nod, smile, or other friendly gesture, give him a smile and enjoy the ride and company.
