We Pride our bussiness and want to offer all the help to our customers that we possibly can!

It has come to my attention that several buyers purchased Used & New Keyless Remotes for their 2004 & 2005 Acura TSX. Uppon programming their remote purchased from us, All the buttons would work 100% Properly Except for the UNLOCK button? Now the first customer complaint, we replaced the remote for the customer and the problem was still apparent! The replacement remote did not correct the complaint! Uppon receiving the remote back from the customer we went ahead and tested it several times and ALL buttons worked 100% ? We did not see ANY problems!

Now in the last few days we have had this same complaint and this buyer decided to go visit Acura Delaership for some answers!  Heres the information we received from this VERY cooperative customer who informed us about this Known situation!

Customer Reply:

Me again. As it turns out, Acura says that the problem lies in the car's ECU (Computer) not allowing it to accept ANY remotes, that even if a brand new one was purchased from Acura that they still would have to charge like $200 to correct replace the problem with the ECU. That being the case, I'm not sure how you work refunds..this was truly an unforseen circumstance....i can pay any shipping, and any help from you would be greatly appreciated...

Of couse the buyer had no idea and the problem lies in the Vehicle and NOT the remote itself so we will Honor this buyer a complete Refund of purchased price!

Thanks so much for your understanding. I will absolutely send you the worksheet that Acura printed up for the troubleshooting they did on my vehicle. You can expect that and the remote to be mailed by Monday, July 2nd. The car is an 2004 Acura TSX. Also, feel free to post the paragraph that I wrote to you previously. Thanks Again, S.
