My wife is a Lowes manager and has been dealing with the coupons sold on E-Bay. There is a reason they tell you to use them at Lowes instead of at Home Depot. THEY ARE FAKE!!!  They can be passed by an unknowing cashier, but the word is getting out to the employees. Lowes accepts other competitors ads and coupons if they are legit. These are not. You take your chances if you try to use them. If you read the feedback of these coupon sellers, you notice that they are quick to refund your money if you can't pass them off at the Lowes. This keeps negitive feedback from putting them out of business. They still highly profit from their dishonesty and help drive up prices for those of us who are hard working honest people.
