The United States has never issued a $2 or $5 note with a gold or orange seal.  The only yellow sealed $5 note is a North Africa note.  I will show correct and incorrect examples.
These notes have been chemically altered, either with fumes or liquid.

These are two examples of altered notes :It is easy to see the difference.  These notes are worth nothing more than face value.  You can collect them, but you might have a hard time selling them.
