There is an eBay shop, selling RAM, called fastflashstore http://stores.ebay.com/fastflashstore
I have bought 4 gigs of 8500 1066 Mhz DDR2 memory from them. (http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=m38&_nkw= + +4GB+2X+2GB+DDR2+PC2+8500+1066MHZ+DIMM+4+GB+Go+240PIN)

As you can see, it looks suspicious, but the price is rather good for the 1066 Mhz memory.
As you can see from the item description, it was made from Samsung 1066 Mhz semiconductors.
Well, Samsung is a well-known brand I thought. Its a bargain! I decided to try it out.
I have bought this item and soon it was shipped to me.
Now, to the most interesting part: after I received these modules and looked at them I was shocked! The quality was extremely poor! The very thin metal radiators have fallen from it almost immediately. And I saw that the semiconductors were made not by Samsung at all!!! They were made by some unknown Emartbuy brand. One of the modules was dead on arrival, but the other one was working.
I decided to try the working one out. It was able to work at 800 Mhz. That's ALL! I have set 1066 Mhz in BIOS, computer was unable to load at all. I have also set the voltage to 2.1 V, well, it didn't help either.
The product they are selling is by no means a Samsung 1066 Mhz memory! I have found out later that Samsung does NOT produce such semiconductors at all. It is a usual noname 800 Mhz memory!
I am in the process of acquring my refund via PayPal, as they refused to provide a refund without a PayPal dispute, and have sent their modules back to them immediately. It is very difficult to get from them refund as well, as they will be telling you and PayPal that they have not received their item back.
I hope, that this guide will help you guys to make your choice!
Good luck!
