5.  2008 Hotwheel 1:18 TV batmobile  WOW  ! - Updated

BEWARE!!   My Friend told me that there is a  CON EBAY SELLER who listed  PRE-ORDER ELITE  / SUPER ELITE  , but  he just CLOSED hid Ebay account  and  DID NOT SEND GOODS after got payment.  BEWARE !!

 The new 2008 Hotwheels 1:18 TV batmobile is a MUST BUY , to me. And I got the basic model version and it is GOOD. And , in fact ,
There are 4 versions ( or 5 versions  to some batmobile experts )

1.  Basic Version  :  can only open doors, but not hood
2.  Elite  Version  : over 200 parts  - open doors and hood
3.  Super Elite  version : 300 - 400 parts  with open doors and hood
4.  Flocked Version   :  2007 SDCC  Edition -  had a Flocked layer on car body

What is the 5 version? It is the Barris Signed  version ( of the above-mentioned  4 version. )

In addition,  you can buy the Basic model   starting  March, 08. However ,  the Elite ( some may call the Elite Limited edition )  , Super Elite may come out  at  June,08. No one have Elite  / Super Elite on hand before July, 08 .  Beware that  All the listing in Ebay or anywhere before July  ,08 is  only PRE-ORDER , not the item on hand., so be careful.

So , please make sure what you are bidding at. If you want the Super Elite , but bidding on Elite version.  you will pay too much for a wrong version.

1966 BATMOBILE
1.  ACS JAPAN  TIN BATMOBILE  - 1972
I just collect  MADE in JAPAN Tin Batmobile at this moment,  I may  buy one or two Taiwan Tin Batmobile.

Suggestion  1 : If possible, TRY to buy Tin  Batmobile with BOX even in higher price. At least , buy "WORKING" Tin Batmobile - -  Sound , Light , Mystery Action .

Additional info. : the different between Japan  / Taiwan made  Tin
Japan Made  Tin   ( ACS  &  AHI  )
1. Usually are in  Black  or Blue  and  around  12 inch.
2. Only had bat logo , no batmobile   wording  , on doors
3.  Metal Base with metal battery cover
...................................

Taiwan Made Tin  
1.the main different is there is a batman  decal  on the hook  and the door logo had wording "batmobile "
2. Different size  12 inch  and 10 inch . 
3. Different color , such as gold , metallic blue  , red ...............
4. Usually Plastic Base and  Plastic Battery cover

2. AHI  1966 TV BATMOBILE
AHi batmobiles usually made in HK in 1970's and most of them are  made of plastic.
If you are a collector of ALL batmobile , or want to complete your collection, you SHOULD buy.
To me, I just have one AHI  Batmobile.  I would rather save and spend  to buy  other Batmobile.

RECENLY , I HAD SEEN  A SILVER COLOR PLASTIC 4 INCH BATMOBILE BY AHI , THE SELLER  TOLD ME  IT IS CALLED  "SHADOW BATMOBILE " WITH AHI MARK on bottom.  CAN YOU TELL ME ANY INFO ABOUT THIS CAR  AS I CANNOT FIND ANY REFERENCE  ABOUT THIS INTERESTING CAR.  HOPE YOU CAN INFORM. THANKS

Suggestion 2  :   you should check / ask other  batmobile  fans  info.  -  not me....     :)


3, CORGI  267  UK   BATMOBILE 
There are several version of Corgi 267. Every version is good to me. I think you  can pick on your own favor.  Be careful of  the repainted batmobile.

Suggestion  3:   find out the batmobile you want  is which version. The First and second edition ( with red bat logo  on Gold  wheel ) should be more "COLLECTIBLE "  than Silver wheel  in 70's


4. 2007 HOTWHEEL 1966 TV BATMOBILE
I think there are too many now.  I just collect the ERROR VERSION and several "Flat Grill ' and FIRST EDITION.

Suggestion  4 :  Buy as many as you want  because  it is not so expensive.

5.  2008 Hotwheel 1:18 TV batmobile  
Suggestion  5 :   Make sure which version you really want.
