We composed a list of the top 10 ways to cope with the new my eBay. Here they are:
- Use selling manager- it makes the new my eby look like the old my ebay. If you dont have a store it will cost you 4.95 a month.
- Make sure you list your items correctly- it is now confusing to list them now.
- Use paypal shipping- That still hasn't changed and when your orders are imported into it you know exactly what to ship.
- Arrange your new my eBay like the old one- your icons are movable- arrange them to look like your old layout.
- Keep your DSR's Up- Ebay will now limit your account if they are too low.
- Use Turbo Lister- That software for PC is still the same so you can ad items quickly and correctly.
- Use your email to respond to questions- now that you can not see the list of questions answer them as you get the email by responding to each one on the email by clicking the yellow respond button. Answer them in order and delete the message or put it in a folder when you answer it.
- Use your email to respond to Best Offers- now that you can not see the list of offers respond to them as you get the email by responding to each one on the email by clicking the yellow respond button. Answer them in order and delete the message or put it in a folder when you answer it.
- Use your about me page. Buyers like to know about your company or the personal items you sell-tell them about it!
- Finally- Encourage your customers to leave you feedback. Do this by sending them a note with their order or send them an email reminding them to leave feedback.
