Do You Want to Know the Real Secrets to Getting Repeat Sales From Your Buyers?

I will tell you all of the secrets! Excellent customer service is always #1! Also, when you sell an item, put a personalized note in the box along with your business card. If you do not have any custom business cards, I design and sell them in my eBay store! I will design your very own custom store logo and place it on all of your business cards along with your business information.

Another exceptional tip is to give your customers gift certificates to your store. You do not have to buy the gift certificates, just write it down on a piece of staionery paper. Here is an example of what you can say on your stationery paper:

"Here is a $10 Off Gift Certificate Especially For You For Future Purchases in My Store! Just mention the CODE NAME:_______ to me by email and let me know the item that you would like to purchase. then,  I will fix up the invoice for you through Pay Pal. You must redeem this gift certificate before Dec.20th, 2007 and only one gift certificate can be redeemed per ebay user." (just make up the code name yourself)

That is all you have to say! It is that simple! I did this for the first time the other day and I had emailed everyone in my address book and I got an immediate sale! I was so thrilled! I plan on giving out more gift certificates in the future! I also love making custom business cards for my customers! It helps them to make repeat sales because their customers are able to find their store more easily in the future.=)
